Silicone Logo Material
A type of printing silicone for textiles
Silicone logo material is a specialty silicone used for embossing on textile surfaces, forming three-dimensional logo patterns through processes like screen printing, high-frequency (HF) welding, or heat press transfer. Made from eco-friendly materials, it features strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, being non-toxic and odor-free. After curing, it exhibits low shrinkage and outstanding flexibility. It is suitable for logo production on products like apparel, gloves, and bags, supporting glossy, matte, and multi-color printing effects.
Initially, this material was primarily used for logo production on accessories for garments, footwear, and hats. Its application has since expanded to areas such as automotive decoration and advertising gifts. With technological advancements, techniques like HF molding and two-component platinum-catalyzed systems have been introduced, enhancing the precision and durability of 3D graphics to meet demands for complex shapes or high-precision models. During application, contact with organotin catalysts and moisture must be avoided, and storage conditions should be controlled to ensure stable performance.
Uses of Silicone Logo Material
Can be printed on gloves, garments, paper, sports goods, etc., using methods like screen printing, machine printing, and HF heat transfer. The screen printing process requires no baking, saving time, labor, and electricity, and improving the working environment. The technology is advanced, surpassing imported products.

Also used in control devices, heating devices, and decorative lights in the automotive industry; suitable for industries requiring very complex shapes or high-precision models, etc.
Characteristics of Silicone Logo Material
Cured rubber has stable dimensions, good release properties, high adhesion to fabrics, easy to use, low compound viscosity, low linear shrinkage, tear-resistant, highly flexible, excellent resistance to ozone and UV aging, excellent 3D effect, non-toxic, odorless, good biocompatibility. Specifically designed for producing silicone rubber garment labels. Can easily be made into standalone logos or used for embossing on fabric, leather, and for coatings on logos or anti-slip bands made of metal, paper, plastic, glass, leather, etc.
Precautions for Silicone Logo Material
1. During operation, avoid contact with organotin catalysts from other types of silicone rubber, as this may deactivate this product's catalyst, preventing curing. Chemical substances that may inhibit curing include amines, sulfur- and phosphorus-containing compounds, and some metal salts.
2. Avoid moisture intrusion during storage and use. Shelf life is over 6 months.
3. The apparent viscosity may increase during storage but can be restored to fluidity under shear (stirring).
